One strategy to increase program participation and retention rates is to seek out user input to improve the experience of children, teens, and families at the summer meal sites you operate. Additionally, by directly engaging users to learn what works well or could work better, program sponsors can also uncover insights on how to most effectively market summer meal programs to target demographics.
