Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry campaign (NKH) is soliciting proposals from leaders interested in addressing access to healthy food as a social determinant of health. We are eager to support the work of approximately 10-15 entities through a learning cohort and grants up to $50,000 each, for the primary purpose of supporting rural programs wishing to incorporate lessons learned from established produce prescription programs, build capacity, and increase sustainability for the future. A total of $500,000 will be awarded. Applications must be submitted by 5 PM Eastern Time on Friday, May 20, 2022.
