Coordinating SNAP and Nutrition Supports Request for Proposals

This resource provides guidance on the Coordination SNAP & Nutrition Supports (CSNS) cohort two request for proposals from American Public Human Services Association (APHSA) & Share Our Strength, No Kid Hungry. State or local SNAP agencies are invited to submit applications for funding in partnership with their trusted community partners. Proposed projects should implement community-led process changes to scale solutions that reduce hunger and advance equity in their state or county.
