This resource is intended to support school-based health center (SBHC) staff in their efforts to identify and address hunger by connecting youth and families with federal nutrition programs and local food resources. No Kid Hungry has partnered with the School-Based Health Alliance to pilot and uplift promising models that SBHCs can adopt.
