No Kid Hungry created this English and Spanish School Meals Application/Alternative Income Form Toolkit to support school districts in communicating with families about the importance of completing school applications or alternative income forms this school year (SY21-22).

The toolkit (available for download to the right and also here on Google Drive) includes:

1. A “Start Here!” question guide that helps districts determine a) if they need to collect FRP eligibility data this year, and if so, b) if they can use alternative income forms instead of traditional FRP apps.
2. A checklist of strategies for maximizing participation in FRP apps or alt income forms
3. Customizable English & Spanish language postcards, Facebook and Twitter graphics, and template FAQ flyers for outreach to families
