USDA Reorganization Plan Template Letter and Support Points

On July 24, the USDA announced a reorganization plan. Under the proposal, many USDA Food and Nutrition Service staff would be relocated to new USDA “hub” locations. 

You may email your feedback on the proposed plan to reorganization@usda.gov. You may comment as an individual or organization. The comment period was extended to Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
